Accredited Septic App End User Agreement
Using the app
Accredited Septic provides this app for authorized users to manage its service records and related work. These terms apply to the current beta. Your access is a limited, revocable permission to use the app for approved business purposes; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Additional services or organizations may require updated terms. A separate service agreement governs professional work, monitoring terms, prices and payment obligations. This app agreement does not change those agreements.
Your responsibilities
Use only records and connected accounts you are authorized to access. Enter accurate information, protect confidential client and property details, and follow the required review and approval steps. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another company's records or interfere with the app.
Review report contents, recipient addresses, accounting matches and proposed charges before authorizing an external action. A saved draft or progress label is not by itself proof that a county accepted a filing, a message was delivered or payment was received.
Records and connected providers
You retain your rights in records you are entitled to supply. You permit the app and its configured service providers to process those records for the authorized workflow. The Privacy Notice describes that handling.
Each separately connected service is governed by its own terms and permissions. Accredited Septic's current connected-service workflow names QuickBooks, Google, Dropbox and Adobe. A file-storage provider is distinct from the client and system records stored with it. Connecting the app does not create or modify a subscription with a provider.
Beta availability
The app is under development. Features may change, errors may occur, and access may be interrupted. Maintain appropriate business records and backups, and report suspected errors to accreditedseptic@gmail.com.
The app supports administrative work and recordkeeping. Professional inspections, engineering decisions and statutory filing obligations remain the responsibility of the appropriate qualified person or business. These terms do not waive rights or obligations that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Ending access and changes
Accredited Septic may restrict access when authorization ends or the app is misused. Ending app access or disconnecting a provider does not cancel a service agreement, invoice or previously completed filing. Requests concerning retained business records can be sent to accreditedseptic@gmail.com.
Material changes to these terms or information handling will be presented with an updated effective date. Questions about the app or these terms can be sent to accreditedseptic@gmail.com.
